Article 2 (Functions and Roles)

1. This system is a tool that uses a camera to photograph the inside of a duct and allows you to remotely check its condition via an app or similar application.
2. The temperature alert function is an auxiliary tool to support situation monitoring, and this system is not a "fire alarm."

The information provided is for reference regarding maintenance schedules and does not guarantee that it will prevent fires.

 

Article 3 (User Responsibilities and Communication Environment)

1. Users should regularly check the system's images and alerts and make their own decisions regarding cleaning and other actions as needed. They should also follow the operating instructions provided by our company.
2. Users are responsible for managing their own communication environment and devices. We cannot be held liable for any inability to use the service properly due to communication failures or other issues.

Article 4 (Regarding Warranties)

1. The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase.
2. Malfunctions under normal usage conditions will be repaired or replaced free of charge. However, malfunctions caused by user negligence or failure to follow instructions will be subject to a charge.
3. Product registration on our website is required to receive warranty service.

Article 5 (Limitation of Damages)

We shall not be liable for any damages (including errors in cleaning judgments and non-application of insurance premium discounts) arising from the use of this system or from communication failures, etc. Our liability for compensation shall be limited to the equivalent of the purchase price of the product in question.

 

Article 6 (Relationship with Partner Insurance Companies)

The eligibility requirements for insurance premium discounts are based on the insurance company's regulations. Even if a discount is not applied due to a malfunction of this system, we will not be held liable for any damages other than a refund of the product price.

 

Article 7 (Handling of Personal Information)

Our company will handle information entrusted to us by users and data collected through our systems appropriately in accordance with our "Personal Information Protection Policy," which is separately posted on our website. By using this system, you are deemed to have agreed to this policy.

Article 8 (Prohibited matters)

Please refrain from using images obtained through this system for purposes that violate public order and morals or infringe upon the privacy of others.

Article 9 (Amendment of the Regulations)

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The modified Terms and Conditions will become effective upon posting on our website, and all subsequent use will be governed by the modified Terms and Conditions.
