The T-1000J can be used in environments ranging from 0 to 70°C during normal use, and the TK-2000J can be used in environments ranging from 0 to 150°C during normal use.

However, the camera function can only be used within a temperature range of 0 to 50°C.

Please note that use of the product outside the specified temperature range may lead to equipment failure. Always use the product within the specified temperature range.

The password can be found on the card included with the product. Please see the card and enter the password in the app.

As the default password may be known to third parties, we recommend that you change it to a password of your choosing after launching the app.

The product camera does not have a rotation function.

As it is fixed, check the direction of the camera in advance when installing and adjust the orientation of the product accordingly.

There are no ongoing usage fees (running costs) for this service itself.

Periodic maintenance is not required.

To maintain the equipment, we recommend that it be operated once every three months.

This product does not have a video recording function.

The T-1000J and TK-2000J will both vary depending on the frequency of use.

If measurements are taken once a week, the service life is assumed to be seven years.(Warranty period is one year)

Wi-Fi and BLE use the 2.4 GHz frequency.

With regard to radio waves, we have obtained Technical Standards Conformity Certification, which is a licensing system aimed at preventing interference and disruption of wireless communications.

Therefore, there is no radio interference other than on the frequency being used, and as the frequency being used (2.4 GHz) is a frequency band allocated to Wi-Fi and other such communications, there is generally no interference.
